Nel 2005, STOREP ha inaugurato la prima di una serie di “European Summer Schools“, con due principali obiettivi:
- offrire una formazione avanzata per studenti post-laurea e dottorandi europei nella storia dell’economia politica, e più in generale di allargare l’orizzonte dei giovani economisti sulla rilevanza della storia del pensiero economico per una migliore comprensione dell’economia contemporanea, e per farla progredire;
- permettere agli studenti di incontrare colleghi e ricercatori di università e paesi europei con interessi di ricerca simili.
Bressanone ha ospitato quattro Summer Schools:
I STOREP European Summer School
“The Historical Roots of Heterodox Economics”, 12-21 September 2005.
