Piacenza, Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, 8-10 June<\/strong><\/p>\n The \u201cRaffaelli lecture\u201d is in honour of Tiziano Raffaelli, Full professor of History of Economic Thought at the University of Pisa, an internationally renowned specialist of Alfred Marshall’s economics, a promoter of several research initiatives of political economy, and an active and reputable member of STOREP. Starting from the 14th Annual STOREP Conference, and thanks to the generosity of Manuela Giovannetti, full professor at the University of Pisa and widow of Tiziano Raffaelli, STOREP invites every year an internationally recognized scholar who has led innovative research on Raffaelli’s main interests – from Alfred Marshall’s thought, in particular, to, more generally, industrial economics, evolutionary economics, economic methodology) to hold a one-hour lecture to participants in the main conference. STOREP will broadly disseminate the lecture contents, both on its website and on social media, and eventually on special issues of academic journals with selected articles presented in the Annual Conference.<\/p>\n Marco Dardi, full professor of Economics at the University of Florence, will hold the first Raffaelli Lecture. Marco Dardi. Dardi has been Director of the Interuniversity Centre for Game Theory and Applications from 1993 to 2000, and Director of the Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche of the University of Florence. He teaches Micro and Macroeconomics in degree courses and doctoral programs, at both basic and advanced level, as well as Growth, Decision theory and game theory. His current research interests include the history of economic thought (in particular Marshall’s, Pareto’s, and Pantaleoni’s thinking), the mathematization of political economy, the connection between real and financial dynamics.<\/p>\n The lecture is titled “The Pattern\/Invention Scheme in Marshallian Economics<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n [:it] Piacenza, Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, 8-10 giugno<\/strong><\/p>\n La \u201cRaffaelli lecture\u201d \u00e8 intitolata alla memoria di Tiziano Raffaelli, Professore ordinario di Storia del pensiero economico all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa, studioso di fama internazionale del pensiero di Alfred Marshall, promotore di diverse iniziative di ricerca e studio dell\u2019economia politica, e socio attivo e stimato dell\u2019Associazione. A partire dal Convegno annuale STOREP che si terr\u00e0 a Piacenza nell\u2019estate del 2017, e grazie alla generosit\u00e0 di Manuela Giovannetti, professore ordinario dell’Universit\u00e0 di Pisa e vedova di Tiziano Raffaelli, STOREP inviter\u00e0 uno storico del pensiero economico che si sia contraddistinto a livello internazionale nello studio di tematiche connesse all\u2019attivit\u00e0 di ricerca di Raffaelli (dal pensiero di Alfred Marshall, nello specifico, a, pi\u00f9 generalmente, economia industriale, economia evolutiva, metodologia dell\u2019economia) a tenere una lecture<\/em> di un\u2019ora circa, cui assicurer\u00e0 ampia diffusione sia dell\u2019evento sia dei contenuti della lecture<\/em>, per tramite della pubblicazione sul sito dell\u2019Associazione, sui suoi social media<\/em>, ed eventualmente su special issues<\/em> di riviste accademiche con articoli presentati al convegno.<\/p>\n Sar\u00e0 Marco Dardi<\/strong>, Professore ordinario di Economia dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Firenze, a tenere la prima \u201cRaffaelli Lecture\u201d. Dal 1993 al 2000, Dardi \u00e8 stato Direttore del Centro Interuniversitario per la teoria dei giochi e le applicazioni e, dal 2000 al 2003, Direttore del Dipartimento di scienze economiche dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Firenze. Ha insegnato in corsi di laurea e di dottorato Microeconomia e Macroeconomia, a livello di base e avanzato; Crescita; Teoria delle decisioni e dei giochi.
