The conference will be held at the "Polo delle
Scienze Sociali" which gathers the three faculties of Economics,
Political Sciences and Law, in building D6 (see
map).
The Polo is located in the Novoli district, north-west of the city centre (see
map) in a newly built area at the corner between Viale Guidoni and Via
Forlanini (see
map).
How to reach us
From Firenze Santa Maria Novella Railway Station
By
bus.
Take number 57 from the "FS SMN scalette" stop in P.zza della Stazione (see
map) and get off at "Forlanini" stop (about 15 min. trip); the main
entrance is just behind the corner on the other side of the street.
Alternatively take number 22 from "FS SMN scalette" stop in P.zza della
Stazione (see map)
and get off at "Finzi" stop; you have to walk 200 mts. in Via Forlanini to
reach the entrance.
By taxi: ask for the "Polo delle Scienze Sociali" at "Novoli"
From Firenze Rifredi Railway Station:
Walking distance (less than 10 min.)
Exit from Via Vasco de Gama side and follow --> Via Panciatichi --> Via
Antognoli --> Via Caboto --> Via Dei --> Via del Prete --> Via Pionieri

By car - From the Motorway
A1 - Exit at "Firenze Nord", follow the signs to the city centre, and you
will soon find yourself in Viale Guidoni where the Polo delle Scienze
Sociali is.
A11 - At the end of the motorway follow the same indications as before.
From Amerigo Vespucci Airport
There is a
bus service to Piazza Stazione. Then follow the above instructions.
Otherwise take a taxi to the Polo delle Scienze Sociali in Novoli.
